Mangapps Railway Museum   

Mangapps Railway Museum is a privately owned working museum established on a 400 acre farm at Burnham on Crouch, Essex. It features a ¾ mile standard gauge passenger carrying line, with restored stations, signal boxes and ancillary equipment removed from various sites throughout East Anglia.

Museum Of The Royal Dockyard   

The Society was founded in 1980 by a group of Dockyard men dedicated to perpetuating the history and work of Chatham Dockyard.

The site includes the original sail loft and forge which have been converted to a museum devoted to the history of the Thames Sailing Barge and the associated industries of brick and cement making which once sustained the local fleet of barges.
